So, we are expected to be stuck in fear over the pandemic at the same time we are to change “social distancing” measures. I do not understand how the same guy can be saying both. I find it amusing. There is more to it, having schools open up and such. My kids school has been opened up all school year. All year, there may have been 5-7 cases in the school district. I just ask that people use common sense. I do not judge those who wear masks or those who don’t. I feel like this whole thing is a personal responsibility issue. If you feel you need to wear a mask, go ahead. If you don’t, go ahead.
I also have 1 opinion on masks. If a fart can go through boxers and jeans, and you still smell it through your mask, how effective is your mask against small particles? I say this because where I work, masks are mandatory. We get in trouble if we take our masks down to sip out coffee, but management walks around with chin-guards and it is okay. When some of our population asks about masks, I tell them the above joke, and it usually gets a laugh. Anyway, stay safe and stay prepared.
